Spark Your Gratitude
Why Finding A Little Bit of Gratitude Matters
So that’s why we’ve designed this program. A way to log a few extra hours of something different by embarking on one hour adventures. Simply put, an hour of your life where you disrupt your routine and do something different.
The traditional research:
Gratitude improves mental health & happiness. A large systematic review shows gratitude interventions (like journaling or reflection) increase life satisfaction and overall well-being while reducing anxiety and depression symptoms.

Practicing gratitude shifts the brain’s attention toward positive experiences and away from rumination or stress — leading to better mood, resilience, and emotional coping.

Gratitude strengthens the brain. Neuroscience studies show gratitude activates the brain’s reward pathways and regions related to emotion regulation, which reinforces positive mindset patterns. In older adults, higher levels of gratitude are linked with healthier brain structure and better cognitive functioning

Gratitude helps relationships & social connection. When people express gratitude, both the giver and receiver experience a boost in connection, prosocial behavior, and willingness to support one another. Couples who practice gratitude show stronger relationship satisfaction and better conflict recovery — meaning gratitude literally protects relationships.

Gratitude supports physical health. A 4,800-participant study found gratitude correlated with better daily physical health markers and fewer stress symptoms. People who regularly practice gratitude have lower stress, lower blood pressure and heart rate, better sleep, and more consistent exercise habits.

Shoot us an email, send us a DM or hit our contact button to share your ideas for a chance for them to be featured in an upcoming program!
This first program is to encourage you to begin adding these immersive experiences back into your life in small ways. What better way to do that, than to create a mini bucket list! Nothing crazy, no big dreams. Just the things that you’ve been adding to your to do later list that you haven’t gotten around to- Trying that new restaurant, taking that new class, calling your old friend.
Here’s how you’ll do it
This one is simple! Any chance you can, take an hour out of your day and do something different. It could be intentionally taking lefts all the way home from work or exploring a neighborhood near you
We’ve included a digital tracker for you to log your hours in a fun way. Print it and put it on your fridge, make it your phone background or find a piece of paper and make your own
